Support Enterprise Australia (SEA) Care Services is a specialized organization that provides support services to individuals with disabilities and ageing support in our community. We recruit, train, and employ disability support workers to assist individuals in various aspects of daily life, such as:
- Personal care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Domestic tasks: Cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Community participation: Accompanying individuals on outings, attending appointments, and participating in social activities
- Skill development: Assisting individuals in learning new skills, such as communication, mobility, or independent living
Key services offered by SEA Care Services typically include:
- Individualized support plans: Developing personalized care plans based on each individual’s specific needs and goals
- Staff matching: Assigning qualified disability support workers to individuals who are compatible in terms of skills, personality, and interests
- Training and development: Providing ongoing training to ensure that disability support workers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Quality assurance: Monitoring the quality of care provided and addressing any concerns or issues
SEA Care Services work closely with individuals with disabilities and aged population, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that they receive the highest quality of support. We play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities and aged population live more independently and participate fully in their communities. We work closely with NDIS and My Aged Care registered organization and are a part of Support Foundation.
